Pre-Wedding Day

  • Review of all contracts for questions and feedback

  • Monthly email “check-ins” to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track

  • Receive a general planning checklist

  • Confirmation of all wedding vendors

  • Food and Beverage catering selection assistance

  • Décor vendor selection assistance

  • Review of vendor contracts and insurance

  • (1) 30-Day walk-through meeting at Bayshore Ranch with all available vendors

  • Wedding day detailed timeline for bridal party and vendors

  • Wedding day layout for couple and vendors

  • 2 Hour complimentary engagement session with your photographer

 

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1 Hour)

  • Distribute a detailed wedding day itinerary to the couple and bridal party

Wedding Day

  • Manage the flow and timing of the event (detailed below)

  • Manage all vendors and verify items are setup correctly

  • Ability to set up (5) small items/signs

  • Act as a liaison between event vendors and family

  • Use of extensive Event Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situations or emergencies

Wedding Cocktail Hour and Event

  • Manage vendor set up of event site and make sure all commitments are fulfilled

  • Line up and cue the event hosts party for a grand entrance

  • Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (i.e. grand entrance, dances, dessert, etc.)

  • Cue hosts for all important events

  • Maintain and coordinate a timeline for all events during the reception

  • Coordinate hosts exit

  • Manage vendor breakdown and clean up

 

Wedding Management Add-Ons

  • Additional Meetings:  $75/ hour

  • Set up Champagne Glasses: $50

  • Set up Charger plates & Napkins: $50

  • Set up Cake Pops / Cupcakes / Donuts / Etc.: $50

  • Use of (3) Bayshore Ranch Coolers: $25 per Cooler

  • Set up Weighted Place Cards: $50

  • Tie Ribbons on Chairs: $2 per chair

  • Put together isle décor: $40
