Do I need to set up a tour or can I just stop by?


We kindly request that all tours are arranged by appointment only.

You may request a tour HERE. Tour availability may be limited due to events.




Can I reserve a date? What dates are available?


Dates cannot be held without a signed contract. All dates are on a first come first serve basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process for us first will be first in line for that specified date.

What is the investment for my event at Bayshore Ranch and what does it include?

What is the initial investment deposit? When are the additional payments due?


We require a 25% initial investment deposit at contract signing to continue holding the date.

The remaining payments must be received in accordance with invoices provided and final payments made within sixty (60) days from event date. Sales tax is applicable on all fees.




Are there insurance requirements? Does Bayshore Ranch carry insurance?


Liability insurance is required from the host of all events, as well as any vendor that is hired. Uninsured events or uninsured businesses are prohibited. We are happy to direct you to day of event insurance. You can get a free quote by using this link: http://www.theeventhelper.com/#ddrNLT

Bayshore Ranch carries commercial liability insurance.




Do you allow outside vendors & caterers?


Upon contract signing you will be provided a list of approved insured vendors and caterers whom we have met with, have toured the facilities, have affordable options, a variety of upgrades and provide great service. We only recommend vendors that we know can meet the expectations of our clients. Vendors are an important factor in the satisfaction of your day.

You are welcome to choose vendors not on our approved vendor list, but all must be preapproved meeting all applicable requirements prior to your event (ie Insurance). We are happy to make these arrangements and coordinate all the requirements with your vendors prior to you signing a contract with them.

We do respectfully maintain the right to refuse the service of any vendor not meeting our requirements. If you have any questions regarding vendors at all, please discuss this with us prior to hiring.




Am I able to bring my own food?


All food is required to be prepared by a licensed and insured caterer. Upon contract signing you will be provided a list of approved insured caterers whom we have met with and have toured the facilities. We only recommend caterers that we know can meet the expectations of our clients.




Do you have an alcohol policy?


Any beer, wine and liquor must be served by an insured bartender and/or caterer that has been approved by Bayshore Ranch.

Last call is required to be 30 minutes prior to event closing.

The bar is required to be closed 15 minutes prior to event closing.




Am I able to bring my own alcohol?


Yes, we allow you to supply your own alcohol. Any beer, wine or liquor must be served by an insured bartender and/or caterer that has been approved by Bayshore Ranch.




How many guests can I have at my event?


The Oak Barn can comfortably accommodate 150- 250 guests dependent on table configurations. If you would like to extend your event into the Oak Lawn, larger guest counts can be accommodated.

The Oak Porch can comfortably accommodate 30-50 guests dependent on table configurations.




Is security required?


Any event with a guest count exceeding 250 people must provide adequate security. This expense is not included in the venue investment fee. We are more than happy to help schedule security services with our approved security company.




Am I required to have a planner or coordinator for my event?


Bayshore Ranch offers in house wedding management. All events must have an insured planner or insured coordinator to facilitate all vendors and event details for the entirety of the event.




Do you have airconditioned restrooms?


Three airconditioned restrooms are provided, all accessible by paved walkways.




Are tables and chairs included?


Tables and chairs are not included in the venue investment pricing.




Is the firepit included?


The propane firepit is included in all 6-hour evening events.

For smaller events it is by pre-arranged request.




What type of parking do you have? Do you provide parking attendants?


Our parking pasture has adequate space to accommodate all your guests. The main area is lit for the comfort of your guests.

We do not provide parking attendants but are able to provide that service at an additional fee.




Can my guests Uber here?


Yes, in fact we encourage your guests to uber to and from the event.




Do you set up and break down the event?


Set up and break down of all items is the sole responsibility of your vendors. We do not set up or break down any items.




Do you allow fireworks?


Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, are prohibited.




What is the average budget of a couple getting married at Bayshore Ranch?


In general, we believe the average budget of a couple getting married with a guestlist of 150 people is between $15,000-$17,000 for all wedding expenses (venue, food, bar, DJ, photographer, etc.).

We have had some creative couples with smaller guests lists host beautiful weddings in the $12,000 - $15,000 range.

We have also had several beautiful events here spending significantly more than the average.




What is the average budget of a corporate event at Bayshore Ranch?


In general, we believe the average budget of a corporate event with a guest list of 50 people to be between $5,000 - $8,000 for all expenses (venue, food, bar, entertainment, etc)

What is the average budget of baby shower or bridal shower at Bayshore Ranch?


In general, we believe the average budget of a baby shower or bridal shower with an average guest list of 30 people to be between $2,000 - $5,000 for all expenses (venue, food, bar etc)

Guest Information

Where are you located?


Bayshore Ranch is located at: 10611 Bayshore Road North Fort Myers, FL 33917

Exit 143 - 1.5 miles east off I-75 before the Lee Civic Center on Bayshore Road.

Below is a quick outline of distances from local attractions...

* 5 - 15 Minutes to major hotels – (Hyatt Place, Durry Inn etc)

* 15 minutes to Downtown Fort Myers

* 20 Minutes to Southwest Florida Regional Airport

Is Bayshore Ranch air conditioned?


All large events and weddings are held outdoors.

Smaller events under 30 guests are typically held indoors.




Does Bayshore Ranch have permanent bathrooms?


Yes, there are three air-conditioned bathrooms on site.




What should I wear?


Please consult the local weather forecast as all large events and weddings are held outdoors.




Am I able to wear heels to the event?


Yes, there are paved walkways throughout the venue.




Can I arrive early?


We suggest arriving no more then 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute drive of Bayshore Ranch if you wanted to come out to the area sooner.




Where do I park?


Please follow the signage directing you to pasture parking and venue entrance.




Can I Uber?


Yes absolutely, we suggest you Uber to and from the event.





Vendor Information

I am an insured business and I would like to be approved to work events at Bayshore Ranch?


Wonderful! We are always looking for great vendors. Please email us at Info@BayshoreRanch.com to start the approval process. A signed vendor contract and proof of insurance will be required.




I am an uninsured business and would like to be approved to work events at Bayshore Ranch?


To be an approved vendor at Bayshore Ranch, you must be an insured business. If you do not have an annual insurance policy for your business, you may obtain day of event insurance up to one year to the date of your event. You may get a quote for that at your local insurance company or visit www.TheEventHelper.com

Please email us at Info@BayshoreRanch.com to start the approval process. A signed vendor contract and proof of insurance will be required.




Can I stop by or do I need to set up a vendor tour?


We kindly request that all tours are arranged by appointment only. During season tours are limited due to events. If you are an insured booked vendor or caterer and have not toured the property, we suggest that you attend our open house night every month with your booked event host to go over details. If you are an insured booked vendor and would like to schedule a tour, please email us at Info@BayshoreRanch.com.




Do you have a Preferred Vendors list?


No, we do not have a "preferred" vendor list, rather we have an "approved" vendors list. The approved vendor list is compiled of approved, insured vendors and caterers whom we have met with, have toured the facilities, have affordable options, a variety of upgrades and provide great service. We only recommend vendors that we know can meet the expectations of Bayshore Ranch and our clients.

We do respectfully maintain the right to refuse the service of any vendor not meeting our requirements.




Do you have a catering kitchen on site?


No, we do not have a catering kitchen on site.
